The worst one is salmon mousse. ICK. I love how they re-formed it into the shape of a fish, instead of just presenting it as an actual fish, as nature intended.
Yeah, pretty gross, huh? Raw fish freshly flapped out of the water would probably taste better than that over-processed ick.
