It's not shocking that Britney Spears has topped the "Worst Dressed List." What's shocking is that Mr. Blackwell continues to whip out his hacky quips like it's still 1985 and Joan Collins is looking for a Linda Evans beatdown in full-on Nolan Miller finery.

Listen to some of this stuff and tell me the girls at Go Fug Yourself don't do it better. Seriously, Blackwell, it's over. Go to some undisclosed tropical locale with Robin Leach and dissolve into the sunset.
